Production commences. The vacuum forming is undertaken on our
modern Illig vacuum forming machinery. These German built machines
are regarded as one of the worlds most accurate and robust thermoforming
machines available in the marketplace. Product is trimmed using
a variety of methods from “water cutting” high-speed slitting saws,
routering, steel clicking knives and horizontal/vertical bandsaws.
A
delivery is made: local deliveries are undertaken by our own carrier.
Out of town destined product is packed securely to ensure it arrives
securely and in A1 condition. Overseas product is usually by container,
which we load on our own premises.
