Taking an idea from conception to production is a relatively simple exercise. We do not require expensive or elaborate drawings and in most instances the product can be designed during our initial meeting. (For more complicated and elaborate items CNC compatible drawing may be required).

An appointment is made
The product is discussed- we can work from vague “concepts” to elaborate drawings
A quotation is submitted
An order is placed by you the customer
A sketch or the drawing is submitted and signed off by the customer
If required, pre production prototype is produced
Tooling commences- At Acron Plastics Limited we maintain total control of this aspect of the project keeping you the customer fully informed at all times. Most tools are aluminium although we consistently use epoxy alloy composites and for small product runs we can also use inexpensive timber tooling.
