Production Costs :
Cost is dependent on unit size, quantity of order, colour and guage of plastic required. Our minimum product run is 100 units. We will undertake prototypes. Product costing is a relatively simple excercise with only linear dimensions required to complete the costing excercise.

Tooling :
Tooling is relatively cheap for the vacuum forming process with average costs from NZ$600 to NZ$2000 dependent on complexity. Tooling is not complicated and can easily be designed by way of 1 discussion or a sketch faxed with linear dimensions shown.
